It is important that all those delivering a safe and enjoyable rugby environment at Chippenham RFC fully understand their responsibilities;

The Safeguarding Children and Vulnerable Adults Policy and Guidance sets out how organisations and individuals should work together to achieve this aim. All children and vulnerable adults at Chippenham RFC are entitled to protection from harm and have the right to take part in sport in a safe, positive and enjoyable environment. A copy of this document is available below

This policy and guidance should be read by everyone involved in providing this environment within rugby union.

Please refer to Regulation 21 – Safeguarding for the RFU procedures relating to dealing with allegations of abuse or breach of the policy. This Regulation is also available below.

There are also occasions when Chippenham RFC may go on Tour and the attached Touring with Young People Guidance must be read and complied with.
