CRFC Tours - Request to Tour
This document must be completed by any CRFC team wishing to undertake a tour where they are representing Chippenham Rugby Football Club. On completion, it must be submitted to the relevant Section Chairman who will take it to the next Management Committee meeting. If a team is embarking on an overseas tour - they must complete the Request to Tour Overseas form also - at least 2 months prior to the tour taking place. This can be requested by emailing secretary@chippenhamrfc.co.uk
