In accordance with Article 47 of the clubs Articles of Association, notice is hereby given that an Extraordinary General Meeting of Chippenham Rugby Football Club Ltd for the election of Directors will be held in the Clubhouse, Allington Field on Tuesday 18th August at 7:30pm.

In pursuant to the above article the Board is short of 1 elected Director. At the recent AGM the club failed to elect a Treasurer as no volunteer was forth coming, this is a position the club must fill as required by its own articles and the RFU.

The purpose of the General Meeting is to elect the following positions and this will be sole business of the meeting

Michael Mohan will stand down as Honorary Secretary and stand for the position of
Honorary Treasurer.

Phil Read currently and maintaining the role of Membership Secretary will stand for the position of Honorary Club Secretary.
