Wednesday and Friday Night 7.30 till 9pm. Wednesday night aged 15 and above, friday is a family night. All new players welcome. Contact a member of staff below or feel free to turn up at a training session.

If you're interested in playing Touch Rugby then the Cheetahs play on Wednesday night at 7.30pm. This is for Men and Women and Junior Age Groups of 14 and above. Wednesday evenings are competitive and we currently have players that represent England in Touch Rugby playing. On Friday evening, it is great sport and fun with Families and Juniors. The minimum age is 10. If you're starting back into sport after a break or playing for the first time, Friday night is recommended although both evenings are a great social event. Boots with short moulded studs or trainers are worn. We also enter occasional tournaments and play friendly matches for those who wish to take part. Touch Rugby is a game for mixed sexes and a fantastic way to enjoy sport - Come along on a Wednesday or Friday to find out more.
