A new season, a new approach ahead setting some great foundations in pre-season training.

After a fantastic bit of fun within the summer break, CSRFC Ladies come back to pre-season training with a blast. A successful recruitment drive over the last few months have brought in 5 new players in which we would like to welcome the beautiful Sammi Poulton, the experienced Leanne Rowlands and Lucy Anstey, the enthuastic Ciara Rosenthal and our on hand nurse Louise Callaghan.

It also sees the return to one of their most experienced players of almost 20 years Abi Powell, who has been absent due to the birth of beautiful Florrie-Belle. Abi will be focusing on using both her skills and experience to work and develop the forwards, aswell as the rest of the team concentrate on contact skills. The club will be supporting her in her coaching badges over the next few months. Welcome back A.B.I

This season will see a professional, stuctured approach to training and attitudes to set the standard for the battle to improve the position in the table.

Independance day saw a gruelling start back to training, where the coaches put the 23 girls through their paces with some new fitness and drills. I'm sure there's some achey bodies today!!

In line with the new approach, we see some guest coaches making some appearances.
