  Join us for a ‘Great British’ knees up with a Jubilee/Olympic theme (well it is 2012!) for the End of Season BBQ on 6th May. There will be a top quality BBQ with locally sourced bangers, burgers, vegetarian option, salads, jackets & coleslaw. We have a fantastic range of stalls and entertainments including:
  
   DJ
   ‘Bucking’ rugby ball (yes really!)
   ‘Olympic’ assault course
   Tug of war
   Rugby ball kicking challenge
   Coconut shy
   Raffle
   Silent Auction
   Tombolas (adult & child)
   Sweet jars & cakes stalls
   Ice lollies
   Pimms tent
  
  And of course the clubhouse bar is open….
  
  Tickets will be on sale each Sunday at The Meads from 4th March, priced:
  Adults £7 & Kids £5

  Dear Parents, Members, Supporters, Friends and Family
  
  It has been confirmed by Waitrose in Coulsdon that Chipstead Rugby Club are to be one of the causes for the Community Matters for the month of March.
  
  What this means is that each month, Waitrose gives a £1000 per month spilt between three causes, which is spilt depending on the amount of green tokens each shopper gives to each cause. Therefore, the more green tokens we get, the more of the £1000 we get.
  
  The U10 orginising committee plan to use the money from Waitrose for the raffle prize's for the End of Season BBQ, therefore, it would be great if all persons connected to the club shop in Coulsdon Waitrose the month of March and put as many green tokens into the cause.
