TO ALL KEYHOLDERS - Important
Please note that the 'shunt lock' on the back door has now been replaced. The 2 keys that you have for access are still in use. Can you note that it is essential both locks are closed 'over' when you leave the building as this will ensure the back door has a '3 point locking mechanism' which is essential for our insurance. Finally, at the base of the door is the retainer for the bottom of the 'shunt lock' - it is essential this is kept free from a build up of mud/debris. Your diligence would be appreciated.
