Annual Stag Dinner @ Twickenham

Gents,

I am delighted to announce that Chiswick RFC will be returning to the home of English Rugby, Twickenham for the third consecutive year for the annual Stag Dinner. All who attended last year and/or the year before will agree that the evening(s) have been a great experience, starting with pre-drinks in the players tunnel, mingling pitch side and in the home dressing room, followed by a fantastic 3 course meal and free bar upstairs in the members lounge.

Tickets are £75. All beers, wines & soft drinks are complimentary. The committee and I feel this is an incredible price for this experience, with a Champagne Reception in the Players Tunnel and access to the pitch for photos, followed by a lovely 3 Course Dinner in the members lounge and free drinks! Please note this is a Gentlemen only event - sorry ladies! In previous years, attendees have invited fathers, brothers and close friends to this event and we warmly encourage this again.

The ticket price is £75, so upon submitting your confirmation, please bring money in the form of cash or a cheque to the club, or transfer the money to the club account (see details below) with "STAG" followed by your name as the reference.

Date: Saturday 28th January
Venue: Twickenham Stadium
Parking: The West Car Park (front)
Dress Code: Black Tie (Lounge suit acceptable)
Arrive: 7pm for drinks in the Tunnel/England Dressing Room.
Entrance: Enter between the Golden Lions (as per International teams)
Price: £75.00 includes 3 course meal and drinks.
Tables: We will be making up tables of 8 or 10 people per table (If you would like to make special table or have a seating preference, please let me know and I will try and accommodate. This cannot be guaranteed).

Carriages at Midnight (Please note: this is your departure, so unlike previous years, please do not mistake the Gordon Ramsay venue Claridge’s as the next stop!)
