Inaugural Panthers’ Masked Ball

You should have all heard about the Panthers Masked Ball, but just to refresh your memories....

'In this significant year for Chorley Panthers that will see the new changing room block, the drainage, new pitches and the floodlighting completed the club is to host a headline event. This will be a masked ball to be held @ The Lancastrian Suite, Park Hall, Charnock Richard on Friday evening 12th October 2012.

The evening will consist of a champagne drinks reception @ 7.15pm followed by seating for dinner @ 8pm. Dinner will be a three course meal followed by tea/coffee and chocolates. The evening’s entertainment will be provided by a live band; Madison and a disco. Madison are a three piece band and are fantastic, covering the full genre of music. The bar will be open until late, 1am with carriages at 1.30am. We have, for those requiring them, secured discounted room rates at Park Hall for £35.50 pp which includes full English breakfast. The evening will be themed a “masked ball” and dress code will be black tie for the gents and posh frocks for the ladies.

Tickets are £40 per person. Ideally tables of 10 will be the best fit for the room however the organisers will accommodate smaller tables or make up mixed numbers dependent on your requirements.'

Early May Craig and there are about 40 left. Whilst room capacity is 350 we are going to stop @ 300 to accomodate tables that might want less than 10

Some brilliant and very generous donations, thanks guys, you're all wonderful.

Still tickets available, it would be fantastic if this event was a sellout, so if you haven't already got them, speak to your Team Manager, Alan Bowers or me.

If you are attending and were thinking of stopping over, Park Hall is fully booked due to a large group booking. However, there's a small allocation of rooms held to Chorley Panthers, rooms cost £71 including a cooked breakfast. But you'd better be quick....
