... call up to the Wigan Warriors U18 Academy squad.
It all started a few months ago when Peter trialled for the England Colleges and was selected to play in two matches against Scotland U18's. But he was going so well in training for England that this was picked up by the Wigan club who then signed him up for the Academy Squad.
Peter made his debut for the College side last weekend when he scored two first half tries in a 44-10 victory over the Scottish. Following on from that he makes his debut for the Warriors today against Wakefield.
A keen Wigan fan Peter can't believe where he is at the moment with his rugby with two great achievements in such a short period of time. He said "This just goes to show that if you keep working hard you will be rewarded. Players develop at different stages of their career and it's reassuring to know that you can still get picked up at my age".
