TRAINING NEWS
Wednesday training evenings 8-9pm
NOTICE TO ALL PLAYERS
Training has now been moved from Thursday to Wednesday evening. The club has hired the sports hall out at Fitzalan High School on Lawrenny Avenue near Cardiff City Stadium at 8pm every Wednesday evening.
Tuesdays sessions will continue as normal but we will also be training on Wednesday night for extra fitness sessions.
The first session is tonight so please ensure you attend.
The session is guaranteed to be a hard one to get the team in to shape and get the season back on track.
