This Saturday, April 9th, two of Cill Dara Rugby Club's youth teams will contest finals. The U.16's play the West Offaly Lions in the Leinster League Div. 1 Final while the U.18 Portdara girls (an amalgamation of Portarlington and Cill Dara) take on Ardee/Boyne on the Leinster Girls' Bowl Final.

The girls are first into action, kicking off at 11:30 a.m. in the superb Donnybrook Stadium. It's the first time any girl’s team from Cill Dara has made a final and we all hope that they can continue to rewrite the club’s history by bringing home the silverware.

Later, at mid-day, in Cill Dara RFC, the U.16 lads play their Div. 1 final. The venue was selected before the U.16's made the final so let's hope they can take advantage of familiar surroundings and make it a youth double on the day.
