Two Goals from Two Ex-Grimsby Town Pros help Development Squad to Cup win

Gary Paton's Development Squad were helped to a 3-1 win thanks to goals from Jack Barlow, Gary Nimmo and Jammal Shahin.

Paton told CTFC Website, "It was a great win for the lads and I am really pleased how they are progressing this season. We are now in the last 8 of the competition and feel that we have a great chance to go on much further. It was a team performance and the win was thoroughly deserved."

The win sees the DS qualify for the Quarter-Finals of the Supplementary Cup. They are next in action on Saturday when they face Horncastle Town away at 3:00pm.
