Micky Bell Leaves Clevedon Town

PRESS RELEASE FROM CLEVEDON TOWN AFC

Clevedon Town and their Manager, Micky Bell, have parted company after three and a half years. The Club would like to thank Micky for all that he has done for them during his tenure as Manager, including winning the Red Insure Cup for the first time in it’s history and finishing runners up in the Somerset Premier Cup, losing out to Conference side Weston-super-Mare.

With immediate effect Paul McLoughlin has been asked to take over the Management of the team until the end of the season, this is in addition to his role as head of the Clevedon Town Academy and Youth Section. The Youth Section currently have eight teams playing in the JPL League as well as the Somerset Flood Light Youth League, where all teams are performing beyond expectations.

Paul’s job will be to secure the Club's league status in the Southern League and to build a squad of players capable of achieving the Club's footballing objectives over the next three years.
