1965 Archive Photograph to Holland Update

2 weeks ago By Ray Smithson

We now have a couple more names added to the archive photograph of the first trip to Holland in 1965

We thought the three girls in the photograph were Dutch girls from the Photographic shop in Volendam. That was wrong as all three travelled on the trip from England. The two girls on the back row are still unknown if anyone knows their name.

The girl on the front row is the sister of Iain Walsh. She was Teresa Walsh aged 10 at the time, and now Teresa Randall for the last 37 years, a real globetrotter who is now a Ballet Examiner for the Canadian National Ballet School in Toronto.

The second addition on the right hand side of the back row. It is the Under 15s goalkeeper Steve Leonard who went to Corpus Christi School.

Just one players name missing on the front row if anyone knows his name.
