NOTTS CCC ADVICE ON JUNIORS PLAYING IN ADULT OR 'OPEN AGE' CRICKET

ECB DIRECTIVES FOR THE WEARING OF HELMETS BY YOUNG CRICKETERS 2011
Please download and print this advice, as required. The directive is aimed at all those young cricketers up to the age of eighteen.
SENIOR PLAYER REGISTRATION FORM 2011
This year, all senior CVCC players, both new and returning, will need to download, complete and return the attached form to either Andy Walters or John Birch BEFORE the season starts (not much time now, guys!). This will ensure that we have everyone's updated details when we need to contact any of you for selection, for instance, or in the case of an emergency! Hard copies will also be available during senior nets up at the club on Sunday afternoons, but it will save time if you could do this beforehand. ;)
CVCC JUNIOR CODE OF CONDUCT AGREEMENT 2011
This year, all junior and youth players and their parents are politely asked to download, complete and hand a Junior Code of Conduct Agreement to Martin Johnson, CVCC Youth Cricket Coordinator, at the time they register. The Agreement is primarily designed to ensure that all junior and youth players know exactly what is expected of them, both during training and when they pull on their Club shirt, either at home or at away fixtures. Hard copies will be available on Friday (25 March) at the last Becket indoor session and at junior registration day. Your cooperation is much appreciated ;)
CVCC JUNIOR AND YOUTH REGISTRATION AND MEDICAL CONSENT FORM 2011
This form to be completed and returned by ALL junior and youth members, together with a Registration fee of only £5 per player. Cash or cheques should be made payable to 'Clifton Village Cricket Club'. There is NO membership fee at CVCC.
