Extracts from the Club Constitution

The purpose of the Constitution is to clarify the aims and principles of the Club, set out its policies and decision-making processes and to identify the obligations of the Club and its members.

The Club Constitution Document is, by nature, quite large and couched in somewhat legalistic terminolgy.

The purpose of posting these extracts is to give interested parties an easier way to find the kind of information in which they are most likely to have an interest.

THE FULL DOCUMENT IS AVAILABLE TO ALL MEMBERS BY REQUEST TO THE CLUB SECRETARY
