Rhyl RFC: 5 tries Dinbych U9s: 8 tries
The Under 9's continued their success with this away win in Rhyl. Twins Noa and Aron Parry made their debuts with Aron opening the scoring with the first try of the match. Rhyl soon replied but in a very competitive match Dinbych showed solid team play and determination throughout to claim the result. Try scorers were Aron Parry, Elis Martin (3), Isobel Owen (2) Louise McKeown and Alex Dumitrescu. Auryn Taylor was chosen as player of the match because of his superb support play.

Dinbych U10s 12-12 Rhyl RFC

Rhyl RFC 56-19 Dinbych U11s
A depleted Dinbych side found a well drilled Rhyl side too strong and conceded four tries in the first half. Although Rhyl continued to dominate the second half scoring Dinbych responded well and breached the Rhyl defence to score three tries by Joe Ashton, Charlie Williams and Sean Evans with conversions by Evan Thomas and Jac Owen.

Rhyl RFC 33-33 Dinbych U12s
Dinbych started strongly with a full squad advantage, 14 players to Rhyls 8. Making their debuts were Guto Smith, George Roberts and Oli Owen. In the first half tries by Elsi Jones and Theo Jones and a conversion by Aron Prytherch took Dinbych into Half time 6 points behind with Rhyl having a slightly stronger rucking game and a few lucky runs. Heads did not go down in the second half and with the teams up to 10 a piece, Dinbych came out fighting. Tries from Isaac Jones and Iori Jones meant that both sets of twins had a full set. And with his first try for the club coming from Charlie Mcmanus after a super catch and run on the wing Dinbych matched Rhyl's score. A second conversion from Aron Prytherch, Wil Jones and a debut conversion from Oli Owen meant that the Full time score was a draw at 33-33. If only we had had more time, we could have stretched our score further. Well done to Charlie McManus for a well deserved Player of the match and to the team who once again showed real team spirit and played as a solid unit.

Dinbych U13s 22-10 Rhyl RFC
Dinbych produced a determined team performance to overcome a Rhyl side whose defence was outstanding. Dinbych's defence was equally good in a match which kept the crowd entertained with both sides showing great sportsmanship towards each other.
Try scorers were Efan Edwards, Joe Evans, Ynyr Jones and Cai Hughes.
