Perfect conditions at Caeau Les Phillips saw the 2nd team run in 6 tries in a confident season finisher.
A young Dinbych side gave an excellent team performance to defeat a much more experienced and physical Rhos side in this Division 3 North encounter as they used quick possession to create numerous overlaps in a display of free running rugby for a six try bonus point victory. Man of the match scrum half Iwan Johnson scored a brace of tries with the highlight being the one scored after a move involving a multitude of players. Other tries were scored by flanker Aron Evans, centre Alun Davies, lock Richard Williams and full back and skipper Tom Evans who also kicked a conversion. Dinbych owed much to the line out work of Jake Jones and Ryan Pinfold who stole vital possession throughout the game. With the season coming to an end the young and inexperienced Dinbych side's involvement in the National structure for the first time as been a positive venture as they have held their own against the first fifteen's of other North Wales opponents but being aware that there is plenty to build on for next season.
