Strictly Come Dancing!
Russell Grant and his dance partner Flavia Cacace came to Harlech last week to do a bit of training.
Strictly fever hit Harlech's training session last week with some players even training in there casual clothes!
Mentioning no names, a certain member of the squad took part in some lineout lifting when Flavia was to lifted for the cameras. Sion Rees was not happy and is still a bit miffed at the missed chance of getting a good grip on Flavia's midrift.
Clwb Rygbi Harlech would like to thank Russell & Flavia for coming to join us and also for mentioning the club in front of 10 million viewers on BBC1 on the 5th of November.
Gwion Llwyd has been spotted buying some sequins and a bright purple lycra shirt incase Flavia returns to the area in the future.
Next target for the club is to get someone to appear on the X Factor!!
