It would be good if more people recognised that the minis & juniors are the players of the future. Its great to see them enjoying their rugby. It would be fantastic if more people were able to get involved at this level. Its an investment in the club's future and its good fun too. We need more players & coaches - when compared to other teams we have far fewer players and less help. Spread the word, recruit some new players and come & get involved, more players at any level is good for the club. |

I've been saying this for ages but it always falls on deaf ears.There's a problem at Coalville RFC.People are just happy milling about doing the same thing week in week out and due to the fact that they've done it for so long they wont change there ways. The only way to get more coaches will be through parents wanting to help out,players wont because they cant commit to training and playing each week.So no chance of them putting themselves out for a couple of hours a week to help the club. |
