- Schedule- U6, U7 and U8 games will start at 10.00am and end at about 12.30-1pm. U9, U10, U11 and U12 games will start at 10.30am and end at about 1-2pm. The draft schedule is attached. Please get back to me with any errors/changes.
- We won’t be collecting and checking registration cards/team lists.
- Parking- we’re expecting to be able to park cars on the grass so we’ll be able to accommodate all cars at the club. However, please car share if you can to help us and save yourself a little money.
- There will be a coach/manager meeting at 10.00am for U10, U11 and U12.
- Admission will be £3 per car. Pedestrians will be £1 each. You’ll be given a programme on entry.
- Squad sizes are unlimited.
- There will be three trophies at U10, U11 and two at U12. U7, U8 and U9 will have several trophies for best try, best tackling team , etc and each club will get a trophy. Presentations will be by the control cabin as each age group finishes.
- Food and refreshments will be available throughout the day.
- The club has a non-smoking policy for pitchside.
- Dogs are allowed.
- There will be a first aid coordinator but teams are reminded that they should have a qualified first aider.
