Coalville Town Ladies v Hinckley Ladies
Lizzy Jackson's early screamer in a flying start for Coalville
Second game of the season and another great performance by Coalville town ladies.
They got off to a flying start scoring the opening goal after 4 minutes. A great corner swung in and cleared to the edge of the box where Lizzy Jackson
hit a sweet half volley into the net.
The second goal came quickly after with great build up play and an excellent finish by Siobhan Mullen
who received the ball with her back to goal and turned and shot into the corner.
Coalville's defence then came under a little pressure but was calmly dealt with and a quick counter attack saw Siobhan Mullen
score her second of the game making it 3-0 at half time.
The Coalville defence of Clair Dolman
, Rachel Coote
and Hayley Dolman
restricted Hinckley to one good chance in the second half which brought a great save from Lucy Cartwright
playing her first game in 18 months after a serious knee injury.
Hinckley pressed a little more trying to create chances which left a gap at the back for Emma Smith
to slide a through ball to Aleksandra Wawrzycka
to grab Coalville a fourth and a second victory of the season.
