Its less than a month to go until the season begins and those wonderful early season green stains become the bain of our lives once again. We all wonder how many sweaters will be required for the away fixture on the Prom at Maldon or if white beanies are fineable in the NECL Sunday league (answer.. probably!).

However before then there is much going on and much work to do!

Nets on Saturday night at Gosfield School 5pm dont be late! Its open to everyone who wants to play senior cricket this season on Saturdays or Sundays (Gosfield School Cut Hedge Park, Halstead Road, Gosfield, Halstead, Essex CO9 1PF). We also have nets for the senior teams at Writtle Cricket Center (Skeggs Farm, Chelmsford Road
Writtle, Essex, CM1 3ET ) on Sunday morning at 9am to further refine your skills.

At Harefield we need to get the side screens up, the covers back together and all the sponsors boards up around the ground and so we require all hands to the pumps! Please pop down at the weekend and lend a hand.

Playing wise please let us know of your availability as early as possible so that we can start putting squad plans together for the early season games.
