Colne & Nelson RUFC

Colne & Nelson Rugby Club’s Junior Section are winners in a national competition run by NAPIT (National Association of Professional Inspectors and Testers.). The prize was a fully sponsored playing kit for one of the clubs Junior teams. The under 13’s team now have a brand new kit sponsored by NAPIT.

To win the prize the club were nominated by two local electrical companies. Bravo Electrical Services and Strickland Electrical. The club were judged on following criteria their child protection policy, age groups covered and Past successes together with the quality of the application. A major factor in NAPIT supporting the Colne entry was the fact that the club have just won the Lancashire RFU Ian Sincair award for the work the club puts into the local community.
