Ranger's Future Starts here. Rangers 1st league win as came with a 12 - 0 victory

Well here it came, the hard work came to fruition and we have won our first official league game....and we won it well indeed, 12 nil yes 12 and I think we would all agree that there should have been a lot more, the number of chances created and the 4oaks keeper doing really well.

A cautionary note, whilst we can only beat what is in front of us, they did only have 10 men, but you did the job very well...now let 's move on wards and upwards. I knew someone was going to get a tanking and how right I was, well done

As well as the goal scorers the number of assists in moving that ball around to create the chances was particularly pleasing

ONE BIG THANK YOU - getting the nets up and ready for the game, and importantly down: the respect barrier that the parents should stand behind up and down, linesmaning, all makes it so much easier for me to I would like to say plan the game strategy, so i will stay with that thought.

A huge thank you to Lisa & APE for their support, we made it into the Sutton Observer, and she has created our facebook page and twitter and is liaising with Pitchero (the colron FC website) so we can spread the good the rangers news..

10.30 start, with me reffing..in fine form after a day at the rugby, where villa park ran out of beer! Sun was out warming nicely, and we had 12 so could get important rests in (where we have missed out recently)

Shape started as 1 4 2 3 2 as we started down the slight hill. It soon became the Colron encampment as 4 Oaks could get the ball out of their own half. Some great play was going down the sides and the number of balls flashing across the oaks box, the 4 oaks keeper made some great saves too...was it going to be a game of knocking on the door but not getting in?

Then it happened from the midfield edge of the box Callum Herron opens his account as it goes into the corner of the net and we are off.

Excuse me if a get the rest wrong...

The corners were being executed brilliantly as the were going in to the centre of the goal around the 6 yard line, one comes on right onto Ben's head, but he went with it with his foot and wide.....He didn't make that mistake twice, next one right on the head and in....Gary Rowett could be calling.

Some great play down the side by Harry (i think) and crossed in and Ryan arrive with a flying volley...bit of a wow factor on that one, especially as I was standing right behind when he hit it.

Harry swung his leg from outside the box with 2 screamers that I doubt even I could have stopped..his hat rick and he ended with 4!.

One of the best sights is saw was Beau going shoulder to shoulder (how you may ask, with their 15) and Beau winning, hard little fella to get off the ball and his link up play again was a feature we benefit from hugely. Then he took a greedy pill and he put his laces through one from around the penalty spot, the keeper gets his hands to it and it goes into the corner, Beau is off the make and he ended up with 2.

Kieron and Harvey were starting to get down the wings and cross the ball into the box and create chances just what we wanted them to do.

We changed from a back 4 to a back 3 pushing an extra man forward forward and how George didn't get on the score sheet was fate, the bar and their goalkeeper combined.

The really pleasing thing was the distribution from the back 3 of Jack, Ben and Pierce, when the had to boot they booted, but more often than not it was passing from the defence to the wings and to own players and starting the attacks, they will have harder days!

The Callum battles in midfield are really starting to compliment each other, there is still a little bit of trying to do everything and being in the same place, but the number of little one two's and creating space between themselves and others was another great aspect to enjoy....and whilst CH opened the scoring, CTB made sure he got reward for his effort with a fine second half goal.

I think that is about it.. we scored 11, there was one own goal and there should have been more. AND importantly for me was that we won with respect as we know how it feels and I was proud of that fact.

Harry 4, Beau 2, CH 1, CTB 1, Ryan 2, Ben 1

That is about it I think.
