RWC 2015 Ticket Application Process

We are beginning the process of applying for RWC 2015 tickets via the Priority Access Sale before the tickets go on general sale.

However, the way of allocating tickets for the RWC 2015 is different to our usual RBS & QBE ticketing system.

1. We need to register your name and email with the RWC 2015 Ticketing System so that you can apply for tickets personally.

2. Once registered you will receive an email inviting you to register on the website ahead of the tickets going on sale on 29th May.

3. Each member will accept the terms and conditions of sale, submit payment and receive confirmation of the purchase immediately.

4. Tickets will be sent to members directly in Summer 2015

5. The price categories are on a 'First come first served' basis.

6. For the Twickenham games you will need to let us know which games you are interested in so that we can allocate the tickets fairly - we only have a very small number for each game.

We will let you know the number of tickets you can apply for after we have noted the interest for each game.

7. There is a limit of up to 4 tickets per member for all the games except Twickenham, but CHRFC's allocation is fixed for these games.
