Director of Mini and Junior Rugby - Highlights - December

5 months ago By Danny Robinson

December Success

Decembers Highlights have included;

13 coaching session a week and reaching a minimum of 400 school children in the Congleton and Biddulph area.

We have seen an increase in playing numbers particularity at the under 12's age group again.

Meeting with Rugby tots Cheshire and how we as a club can integrate there leavers into our rugby club.

Meeting with the RFU team with how we can make our club even better with a vision to more coaches taking on a coaching course supported by myself.

I have also supported the very first games for Congleton High Schools year 7&8 rugby team vs All Hallows which was a roaring success for the Congleton based school.

New sessions for 2018 that will hopefully target the need for the club.

Organisation of another Tag festival this time it being specific to the under 8 and 9 teams... any support with refereeing and canvassing on the day would be great, get in touch.

The first three months of my employment are coming up and I feel it has been very successful and enjoyable.

With 2018 fast approaching I would like to wish all Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year, and hopefully we can continue this success into 2018!
