31st Nomads Academy Players Signs for Professional Club
Under 14 Ben Thompson is the latest academy player to progress from Nomads Academy after signing two year deal with Bury this week.
Ben was selected from Nomads to enjoy a six week trial with Bury FC along with Jack Hitchen who was also signed last week.
After just two weeks on trial Ben was signed on a two year contract with the League One club.
A fantastically gifted left sided player Ben possesses good pace, dribbling ability as well as good passing range and finishing qualities.
Having been at Nomads academy since the age of ten Ben has been an ever present in the side and has improved year after year with top class commitment and attitude.
Everyone at the club wishes Ben all the best during his time at Bury and a huge well done again from all at The Nomads.
