First Team, U19s and three academy cup sides recorded victories over Llandudno keeping all in the hunt for Northern Finals place.

The action kicked off Friday evening with academy cup fixtures against Llandudno Town for our U12s and U14s at The Quay 3G who recorded 5-2 and 9-0 victories to keep both in with a great opportunity to qualify for this seasons Northern Finals.

The only negative on the evening was a nasty head injury to U12 Corey Anderton who had to be taken to hospital for stitches after a nasty head collision. We are glad to let all know Corey is well and on the mend and all at The Nomads wish him a speedy recovery.

The action continued Saturday morning where our mini sides U9 and U11 travelled away to Flint Town United to play the games at Holywell Leisure Centre 3G.

Our U8s had two sides in action with one at Flint and one at Crewe, with our under 10s completing the days fixtures taking part in a tournament festival at Liverpool FC.

Sunday saw our U13s travel away to Flint in a game which was played at Elesmere College 3G and a very tight game saw Nomads win 3-2 after trailing 2-1 with just ten minutes remaining.

The U16s and U19s completed the weekend competitive action recording 6-0 win over Llandudno U16s in the academy cup and a 10-2 win over Conwy Borough for the U19s in the Welsh Premier Development League.

Another great weekend of action and well done to all sides.
