4 U14 players and 1 U15 player have earned trials with Manchester City with 1 U11 player earning himself a six week trial with Liverpool.

A great week of news for the club kicked off with under 11 Harvey Morris beginning his six week trial with Liverpool Academy last week.

Harvey who is into his second season with the Nomads Academy has progressed well under coaches Chris Brooks and Jordan Mapp Jones and is a very talented left sided defender and we wish him all the best during his time at Liverpool.

On top of this news U14 players Jack Hitchen, Ben Thompson, Theo Hannah and Levent Gundogan along with U15 player Jacob Moffatt have all gained three week trials at Manchester City.

A new project Manchester City have launched which includes three week trial window for U14 and U15 players has saw a great opportunity come along for five of our academy players, who will enjoy great three weeks of training and experiences at Manchester City.

As an academy we have two very simple and key goals which we have always worked towards over the last five years:

1 - To progress players into full time professional football league/premiership academies
2 - To produce Welsh Premier League and Europa league standard players for gap Connah's Quay Nomads F
C

As always we wish all six players best of luck during their time away and hope they fully enjoy their experience.
