Unfortunately, there have been a number of late changes from opposition sides that have delayed this article again this week. We appreciate this is not ideal with parents desperate for information, planning weekend schedules etc, and moving forward we continue to strive to get these details out at the start of the week.

The action kicked off yesterday when our under 18s/Scholars B side defeated Rochdale on penalties after a 4-4 draw to progress to the next round of the British Colleges Cup competition.

The action continues tomorrow with our U8s in futsal action at Deeside Leisure Centre against Mold U9s and also facing North West Elite in a friendly at The Quay 3G for 18:30.

The U10s also face North West Elite in action for a 18:30 kick off. Unfortunately, North West Elite have pulled out of the U9s, U11s and U12s games planned for tomorrow due to lack of numbers. Our teams will be training instead with same times to ensure the Friday contacts are maintained and all sides have at least ten per season.

Saturday morning our mini phase sides travel away to Bangor City with a free weekend for our under 18s/Scholars B with no Clwyd East League games.

Sunday our under 13s and 15s also travel away to Bangor City for friendly fixtures.

Unfortunately, we have been un successful in trying to arrange fixtures for all of our academy cup sides u12, u14 and u16 together who all have a free week on the games program.

Our U16s travel away to Wrexham this Sunday in a friendly fixture for a game on grass pitch at Lex’s first team ground of the Welsh National League.

Our U12s an d U16s will be facing Wrexham away next Friday on the 26th October to replace no fixtures this weekend.

Our U19s complete the weekend of events with an away fixture to Bala Town in the Welsh Premier Development League.
