Academy players take part in sports science lectures at Deeside College

The under 12 and 14 sides took part in a lecture looking into the make up of the modern day footballer. As well as this the players also looked at the importance of good diet in the modern game as well as the regeneration process of proffessional athletes.

The under 16's took part in a lecture looking into their futures both on and off the field following on from this season.
