Enjoyable week with fixtures vs West Cheshire and Salford Colleges, Crewe, Tranmere, Rhyl, Kidderminster, Newtown and Cefn Druids.

Last weeks games program kicked off last Wednesday with tough fixtures for Nomads Academy Coleg Cambria sides with the A side at home to Salford College and B side away to West Cheshire College.

The A side performed well defeating Salford comfortably at home with the B side recording a very impressive win and performance defeating West Cheshire College A by seven goals to three at Vauxhall Motors facility.

Friday evening saw our U10, U11 and U12 sides host Tranmere Rovers at home with our U9s travelling away to Crewe Alex. Four fantastic games for our sides against pro club opposition, with numerous good performances across the board.

Saturday morning our under 8-11 sides travelled away to Rhyl with wins for our U9s and U10s with a draw at U8s and defeat and U11s in competitive fixtures.

Saturday afternoon our under 18s fell to a two nil defeat away to a strong mens Flint Mountain side, but a very pleasing performance by a team where all bar two were just sixteen years of age in Matt Sampson's first game in charge.

Our 13s also faced Rhyl away Sunday losing to a last minute winner from the home side three two, whilst our under 15s continued their impressive form with a five two win away at The Lillywhites.

Our U12s played out a four three win over Newtown at The 3G scoring two in the last few minutes after trailing three two in the closing periods.

The under 14s played away to Kidderminster and also played out a four three game but unfortunately it was to the home side.

With the under 19s game away to Caernarfon postponed due to water logger pitch our under 16s completed the week of fixtures recording an impressive five one win away at Cefn Druids to cap off another enjoyable week for all.
