An early morning flight of 6:30 kicked off the tour yesterday from Manchester airport as our mini U8s - U11s teams travelled to Madrid, Spain for this seasons Academy tour.

Once landed in Spain the sides headed to their hotel for the week of Hotel Se Futbol the national base of the Spanish National sides.

Following a walk around the venue and settling into accommodations the sides, staff and parents enjoyed lunch before they headed to the Bernabeau for a stadium tour of Real Madrid.

A fantastic tour saw the group enjoy full access to the stadium around the ground, changing rooms and pitch side with a number of great pictures taken and great historical information on the club received by all.

Following a long day of travel it was back to the hotel and an early night in preperation for todays football action!

The sides are heading off this morning for a training session at Real Madrid where they will also be having lunch before returning to the hotel and then heading for fixtures early this evening against La Liga academy side Getafe.
