Under 12s and 13s enjoy fantastic second day in Scotland.
Our sides enjoyed a training session and games with Celtic academy sides and a stadium tour of Celtic Park.
Another early start saw the two sides arrive at Celtic academies training ground next to Celtic Park stadium.
The players were split into two groups and received two training sessions from two Celtic academy coaches for their under 13 and 14 sides.
The sessions consisted of finishing and ball retention and were of a great standard which all players and coaches took a lot from.
Following the sessions the players travelled over to Celtic Park for a great stadium tour of the 60,000 seater stadium.
Players saw everything of the stadium from changing rooms, trophy room, dugouts etc.
To complete the day the sides faced off in games against Celtic academy sides.
In very competitive games our 12s drew one one with Henri Jones grabbing the equalizer and our 13s fell to a five three defeat in a very entertaining game with goals coming from Danny Chambers, Nathan Mendoza and under 12 Luke Wooley who was playing up for the side as were Thomas Blackwell and Jack Wynne.
Tomorrow sees our players have another session with Celtic in the morning before travelling down to face Blackburn Rovers academy sides tomorrow night.
Both games are kicking off at 18:00 for all parents that are interested in attending.
We are expecting to arrive home around 21:30 tomorrow evening at the Deeside Leisure Centre.
All parents will receive a text from Kev and Darryl though to confirm the timings tomorrow.
