The match started at a fast pace straight away, with Lee Beck & Ashley Lewis linking up well on the left to set up Carl Wilson, who got his shot off just wide of the mark.
Just after, on 7 Mins, Ashley Lewis then broke the deadlock, with a fantastic run ending in a sublime finish on the edge of the 18 yard box. The first time Town had held a lead in over 5 matches.
The game went back and forth with chances for both sides, before a lapse in concentration saw a cross fired in by Gaerwen on the right, which found the head of their striker. The ball hit both posts before finally finishing in Danny Roberts net.
A second closely followed for Gaerwen, with the ball being placed low under the legs of Danny.
Chances were then created before the half for Town, with Jones going close with a couple of headers, and Carl Wilson losing out on a 1 on 1 with the homes sides keeper.
The first half ended at 2-1, however after fighting a wind of over 30mph, the side was confident of a second half fightback.
Same as the first half, pressure was put on the Gaerwen back four immediately, and a succession of chances were rued until a cross from the right hand side found the head of Carl Wilson to equalise.
A change to 3-4-3 saw the introduction of Lewis Powell who was returning through injury, however within minutes, and against the run of play, the home side then found themselves 3-2 up, with the ball being dragged back on goal, trickling into Roberts net.
From then on in however, it was all Town, corner after corner, chance after chance, until a brilliant ball was whipped in from a corner by Powell, which once again found the head of Wilson, who's header beat two men on the line to again tie up the scores.
The game ended with yet more pressure being mounted by the away team, with the home side resorting to leave just one man upfront to try and prevent Towns dominance.
A 3-3 draw was perhaps a little harsh on Town, however the lads would have settled for a point prior to the game, following the 5-1 drubbing Gaerwen gave Town earlier on in the season.
The next game for the side is on Saturday, when Blenau are the visitors to Dock Road for a 2PM KO.
