IN MEMORY OF KODY DUTTON

THE CLUB IS SADDENED TO HEAR OF THE TRAGIC PASSING OF ONE OF ITS YOUNG STARS.

CHAIRMAN GEOFF CARTWRIGHT AND ALL OF THE STAFF ARE DEVASTATED WITH THE NEWS THAT THE CLUB HAS LOST ONE OF ITS RISING STARS IN THE UNTIMELY PASSING OF 13 YEAR-OLD KODY DUTTON.
GEOFF WOULD LIKE TO PASS ON HIS, AND ALL OF THE STAFF, AND PLAYERS CONDOLENCES TO TONY,TINA AND KODY'S FAMILY, AND TO SAY THAT THEY ARE IN OUR THOUGHTS TODAY.
KODY WAS AN INCREDIBLE YOUNG TALENT SCORING TWELVE GOALS THIS SEASON IN THE TABLE TOPPING TEAM.
CLUB GENERAL MANAGER TONY THOMAS IS QUOTED AS SAYING"THIS CLUB IS ONE LARGE FAMILY AND TODAY WE HAVE LOST ONE OF OUR FAMILY THE NEWS THAT REACHED US THIS MORNING WAS HARD TO TAKE,THAT SOMEBODY SO YOUNG HAD LOST HIS LIFE.I WOULD LIKE TO ECHO OUR CHAIRMANS THOUGHTS WHICH ARE WITH KODY'S FAMILY AT THIS DREADFUL TIME"
TONY SPOKE THIS MORNING WITH KODY'S MANAGER TOMMY CREAMER WHO CANNOT BELIEVE THE SAD NEWS,BUT HAS VOWED THAT HIMSELF AND ASSISTANT SCOTT AND ALL OF THE BOYS WILL WIN THE LEAGUE THIS SEASON TO BE DEDICATED TO KODY'S MEMORY.
THERE WILL BE A MINUTES SILENCE FOR KODY AT TONIGHT'S MATCH AGAINST BANGOR WHICH IS NOW DEDICATED TO KODY AND ALL PROCEEDS FROM A GROUND COLLECTION WILL BE PASSED ON TO HIS FAMILY.
RIP KODY.

THE CHAIRMAN AND ALL AT CONWY WISH TO THANK THE FANS OF BOTH TEAMS FOR BOTH THE GENEROUS DONATIONS TO KODY'S FAMILY AND THE EXCEPTIONAL RECEPTION GIVEN TO THE ONE MINUTE'S SILENCE IN REMEMBERANCE OF KOBY.
