2008 finalists Corwen booked their place in the draw for the 4th round of the Welsh Trophy with a 4-0 win over Spar Mid Wales Division Two side Borth United.

Corwen found the back of the net 3 times in the opening 45 minutes, as Jack Crompton found the back of the net twice and Ioz Jones also scored.

Jack was declared man of the match by the visitors on Twitter after the match for his contribution to the match as an old school number 9.

Despite their best effort the Crows could not find a way back into the game in the second period and Corwen sealed victory as Wil Roberts found the back of the net to make the score 4-0.

The club edgily anticipate the result of Monday’s draw and will publish the news as soon as we hear it.
