The EGM has been arranged in order to offer the membership at large the opportunity to vote on changes to the club's rules and constitution in preparation of the change of state of the club to 'CASC' (Community Amatuer Sports Club).

The meeting will take approx 15 minutes as the rule change is the only item on the agenda.

It has been necessary to call an EGM as this is the only method we are able to change, add or amend the rules and constitution of Coventrians RFC.
