The Coventry Dragons could not have wished for a better start, being given an early opportunity to avenge last year's painful Semi-Final play-off defeat against fierce local rivals Leamington Royals, on Saturday 30th April at Mitchell Avenue (2.30pm).

The Dragons have recruited well in key areas across the pitch during the off season, with Coaches Hyslop and Clendenning-Fenton working hard in the background to bring on board some exciting youth prospects and some more experienced heads. Training has been exceptional and well attended, and the team are raring to go.

After scoring almost 80 points in their 2 pre-season warm up games, the Dragons attack is looking as fruitful as it was last season, even with the change in personnel. Led by Captain Tobias Rochester-Bremmer and Vice Captain Harry Kaufman, the Dragons will be looking for solid start to their campaign and are sure to provide an entertaining spectacle of Rugby League for the spectators at Coventry Tech RFC.
