The best way to keep up to date with Coventry Sphinx Football Club

BIRMINGHAM SENIOR CUP Weds 11 October, 7.45pm kick off

9 months ago By Sharon Taylor

Coventry Sphinx are in cup action on Wednesday night at Sphinx Drive and they couldn’t have asked for a bigger game than the visit of Premier League West Bromwich Albion. The Albion are expected to send their Under 23 squad but they will be sure to have some quality players on show.

New manager Lee Knibbs has lost a couple of players but has also added a couple with Jack Rooney the most notable new addition. He got his reign off to an ideal start with three points at Sphinx Drive on Saturday and West Brom will certainly give his squad a good test on Wednesday night.

It’s not often a club of this calibre arrives at Sphinx Drive for a competitive fixture so don’t miss this opportunity to see them in action!
