The Coventry Sphinx Youth team are in League Cup action on Thursday evening when they host Stratford Town at Sphinx Drive. In recent weeks the Coventry Sphinx Youth have been in excellent form which has resulted in five consecutive league wins and a League Cup win against Malvern Town. Those six games have accumulated an incredible 41 goals with the biggest win coming in the 12-1 defeat of Rugby Town.

Sphinx progressed into this round of the League Cup after a 6-0 win against Malvern Town at Sphinx Drive in early November. Stratford Town are in the Premier Division of the Midland Floodlit Youth League and they have lost just one their nine fixtures to date so this will be good test of the progress of the Coventry Sphinx Youth team.

All the usual facilities will be open at Sphinx Drive on Thursday. Our car park will be available as always and the bar will be open all evening. Hot food and drinks will also be available from the pitch side café. Admission is just £3 adults with under 16s admitted free.
