New Signings Imminent
Following yesterday’s defeat at league leaders Holywell Town, United Chairman Mr J Gareth Hughes has tonight flown out to the African continent to secure the signing of two new players for the club.
Initial reports states that the two players concerned are from the city of Kumasi in the Ashanti region of Ghana.
United Officials were informed of the players’ availability by former United player Mr Dan Pyrs who worked in the region for three months. Also highly respected Italian scout Mr Luigi Ferrato gave United glowing reports and high accolades of both players.
Twenty nine year old Ruai Bwalya is an experienced midfielder, and twenty one year old Kalusha Makender is a prolific goal scorer.
