As part of the RFL's Embed the Pathway programme, a Continuous Professional Development (CPD) event for all North East coaches has been announced.

Embed the Pathway is n exciting new ventrue to improve the quality of junior players across the country by coaching the coaches.

These events are highly recommended for all coaches at the club or anyone interested in becoming a coach.

The content for the evening includes:

• Introduction to SPARQ fitness testing
• Mental Skills workshop—Using Effective Imagery
• Question and Answer with Lee Crooks and NE Thunder Coaches
