Hi,
You may now be aware that Crawley Rugby Club 1st XV have been shortlisted for the East Surrey and Sussex Media Sports Team of the year award. This is basically the Crawley News local paper. Voting slips are available in the this week’s addition of the paper along with details.
However, if you do not receive the Crawley news, or you don’t want to post the slip, a text vote has now been set up. Please be aware that it costs 50p per text.
If you can afford it and you want to vote for CRFC then text ‘CU sport 016’ to 65100. You can vote as many times as you like.
I completely understand if this is too expensive or you simply don’t want to vote, however I think that this award is actually for the whole club, it’s supporters, volunteers, mini and junior sections, and importantly the sponsors.
Without the existence and support of all of these the 1st team would not have been able to succeed last year.
If you are not interesting in voting then I apologise for wasting your time. If you are going to vote, thanks very much and pass the word on.
