Come and give Rugby a Try!

#rugbyfamily
Give women's rugby a try!
Come and try women's rugby! You may never have thought about it before, but there is no better time to try it!
A new women's development team at Creighton Rugby Club, on Sycamore Lane, Carlisle is holding a free - no commitment session for anyone wanting to have a go!
Who is the sport for?
Anyone from 18 upwards. It is a sport that can be taken up at any time. It is not unusual for women over 40 to try it having never touched a rugby ball before. Most women's rugby teams have a big age range!
As well as the benefits of fitness and exercise the following may help to encourage you along....
Give me 5 reasons to try it?
#1 Team - you will be part of it. You will be valued for what you as an individual bring.
#2 Experiences - you will have adventures on and off the pitch that you will recall for years. Adrenaline, excitement, humour....
#3 Challenge yourself! Do you want to get fit, learn new skills, help the team in anyway - everyone will find challenges they can achieve by being part of it!
#4 Fun. Fun. Fun. That's what it's all about! Enjoy training. Enjoy playing. ️Enjoy supporting. Enjoy  beer or a trip away.
#5  Your terms - we are aiming to establish a wide group of players so that you can decide what you want to be part of with out feeling like you are letting anyone down. You chose how to fit rugby into your life. And Creighton is a family club, so encourage your partners, parents, children and cousins to come down and enjoy being part of the rugby community.
When can I try it? 6th August, 3pm a free come along and try it session
Where? Creighton Rugby Club, Sycamore Lane, Carlisle CA1 3SR
