As per the constitution, at least 28 days notice is required to call a general meeting and following last night general committee meeting, the club received the resignation from Chairman John Emmitt and also Linda Emmitt and Lee Howell and this afternoon from Vice Chairman Adey West, it has become necessary to call an EGM in order to elect an new committee to the club.
In the mean time the club needs to function and anyone who would like to offer any help or assistance in any shape or form to aid with the day to day function,could they contact either Colin Handforth (Club President) or Mick Greensmith (Committee Member).
Anyone wishing to put their name forward for any of the vacant post please contact the same in writing.
