Cromer Town Football Club will be holding their Annual General Meeting on Thursday 13th July. This will take place in the clubhouse at Cabbell Park and start at 7.30p.m.
In the past few weeks people have come forward to fill the vacant officer and committee positions being left by the outgoing members. The new members came along to the clubs final committee meeting, before the AGM, last night to get an exact overview of the clubs current position and to learn more detail about what is entailed in running the club. Following productive discussion an AGM agenda has been put together and as part of the agenda the current committee are proposing the following individuals are elected en-block to fill the officer and committee member roles:
Chairperson - Jenna Bedwell
Secretary - Joanna Sadler-Barker
Treasurer - Nadine Sullivan
Bar Steward - Anthony Bates
Committee Members - Lyn Battrick, Tony Battrick, Phil Harris.
Vice Chairperson and General Manager roles are still to be filled however all agree that these roles can be filled in due course with the most vital roles having been filled. Anyone wishing to apply for these roles or a committee member position please do not hesitate to contact current secretary Richard Cox.
There has also been offers of support from people in non-committee roles to support: on match days, with club communications (press and social media), fundraising and running of car boots.
The club also received multiple applications for the vacant manager position and following discussions Jordan Kemp has been appointed as Manager and he will be assisted by Danny Saunders. The pair are holding their first preseason training session on Wednesday 5th July, 7p.m. start. Players new and old are encourage to attend.
