It's fantastic to have 5 lads signed from one team into professional clubs, testament to the coaches and to the development environment we are striving to create at Crosfields.

Coming hot on the heels of the news earlier this week that a number of players have been signed into the u16 scholarship we can now announce that 5 of our youngsters have signed professional contracts with Warrington and Widnes.

Utility player Louis Wainwright, Outside back Jack Roper and Front Row powerhouse Jordan Williams have signed contracts with Warrington Wolves.

England Hooker Danny Walker and Scrum half Lloyd Roby have both signed for Widnes Vikings.

All 5 through their own Hard Work, Dedication but most importantly displaying the right attitude have earned themselves a great opportunity, everyone at Crosfields wishes them well for their futures once the u16s season is finished.

The clubs thanks go to Ian Talbot and Phil Davis who have put a lot of hard work and dedication in over a number of years to help all these lads develop, we would be nowhere without our volunteers.
